Classes
I teach a variety of classes year round. These classes are based in MesoAmerican healing practices. I post my classes on this website and on Instagram. I also offer classes to private groups. If you have a group of at least 4 people, we can schedule a class just for your group. The following are the classes I currently offer:

I offer individual mentorships for those who would like more personalized guidance and support. They are an opportunity to work more deeply with some of the aspects of my group classes. You do not need to have taken a group class to commit to a mentorship. However, together we would assess whether this would be a good fit. The areas I specialize in:

Dream Work. How can you work more effectively with your dreams?
Dream Interpretation
Your dreams are messages from your higher self, spirit guides, and ancestors. I am able to tap into your dream life to decipher the messages that your soul is sending you through the dream time. In a typical session, we will travel together to the place and time of your dream. You will be the guide, and I will be the seer. Over the years I have developed a system that takes you deeper and deeper into the symbols in your dream until finally you arrive at the 'a-ha' moment where everything clicks and you gain a meaningful understanding of your dream. But we don't stop there. Based on the message, I will support you in identifying the next steps that you can take in your waking life to honor and fulfill the calling of your dream.
